How often do we verbalize to the people we love how much they mean to us, how special they are, how they impact the lives of those around them? Taking the time to write out those thoughts and providing him with the tangible copy that he can keep and look over in times of need is a simple amazing gift to give someone.

Quick, cheap, and, if done well, the most meaningful gift there is. Notes are easy to store and they appreciate as they get older. Telling someone that you’re thinking of them is powerful! knowing that you are loved and cherished is far more special than some other piece of garbage.

very simple but thoughtful gesture. I love to get people cards and doodle or write a little note in them. it’s personal but not too personal, it’s something you can do for almost any occasion, can be as casual or as serious as you want, I just love to get somebody a card. people love receiving a nice card!! if you wanna make it really special you can make the card yourself. so lovely

Humans have always danced. It is part of who we are, yet we have been conditioned to be self conscious, to think that we do not move our bodies good enough. Dancing is beyond judgement. Dancing is not a skill, it is our soul moving through our bodies, expressed in movement. Dancing is healing. Dancing is bodily autonomy. Dancing is FUN! Any feeling you are feeling can be moved through with dance yet even alone, you fear looking foolish. Kill the judge in your mind, shut the fuck up, and MOVE 🌊
