As someone with no training in dance and a debatable sense of rhythm, I have now started to believe that I am a professional dancer. I like to post silly dances from time to time and people will comment ā€œso you ARE a professional dancer after allā€ and…I won’t correct them. My wiggling techniques are too unique and advanced to be taught! Dancing makes me happy and maybe I do have a natural gift. So, if sheer delusion alone makes me a professional - so be it.

The best $25 I spend every month. Literally pays for itself if you see one movie plus if I see a bad movie I don’t feel like I wasted money

New York's Hottest Club is....Film Noir Cinema's Thursday Night Film Club! On April 18th at 9PM I'll be showing a personal favorite film of mine at the greatest little theatre in the city, so come on down to 122 Meserole Avenue in Greenpoint. Tickets are $10 cash, $5 beers and $3 sodas, plus a myriad of pierogi joints nearby for you to grab a bite at beforehand.

I love eggs. Not only are they versatile, they are beautiful. From that perfect oval shape when whole to a puddle of whites and yolk when cracked, their appearance (and taste!) can take on many forms. My apartment in London is somewhat egg themed…I have a rug in the shape of a fried egg, a painting of an egg hung up on my kitchen wall and I keep my jewelry on a ceramic fried egg.Ā  I love yellow and white as a colour combo - it is very chic.

I love buying flowers, they add so much life to the house (even though they are technically dying in front of your eyes) They don’t need to be fancy -Ā  cheap ones from the local supermarket will do. I like the ceremony of arranging them in a vase and placing them on a random shelf and seeing new colours quite literally blossom. I wish people bought me flowers more, that's really the only gift I crave. If I had it my way I would live in a greenhouse.

I feel like I used to be a lot smarter than I am now, so in a desperate attempt to regain brain cells I have been paying attention to the news. Woo! For a while now, every morning I will listen to the Guardian newspaper's daily news podcast - it focuses on a topical subject within world politics - the latest failing by the Government or the fallout of a natural disaster. It's insightful, nuanced and balanced…And makes me feel like less of an idiot
