i keep the snacks stocked, fix the temperamental printer, sort out scheduling issues, and discreetly have everyone sign the card for whoever’s birthday is this week. i admire everyone so much but sometimes feel like i should hold back so i don’t distract the star employees from their important tasks

Payroll glitch

Do I actually work here? Nobody knows. Everyone once in a while I’ll fix somebody’s computer or restock the snacks to stay in peoples’ good graces (and so nobody asks too many questions.)

I feel like I only ever get on here to bitch and moan…oops. I currently manage a team of 15 and as such part of my roll is turning in time sheets. I feel like it’s a constant battle with some of these people; who take advantage of OT. And maybe it’s because I’m over two decade younger than them but I feel like they just constantly push and push and push their limits.
