I seriously don’t understand why there are so many reboots of tv shows and movies. It seems like no one wants to try anything new and we keep getting the same things over and over.
Maybe it’s our fault as consumers for not being more open to new ideas. Or maybe it’s the industry’s fault for enforcing it. Either way it sucks.
Not every good piece of media needs to be rebooted.

All these movies and shows coming out are literally ASS and I can’t take it anymore. My new hobby is gonna be scrolling through Kickstarter to find something to watch🙄 Like the show I'm currently watching is from 2015 cause there is nothing else, EXCEPT Abbott Elementary.

Tbh I would say it comes down to that. SOME People feel a sense of superiority or pride with Liking obscure things I guess.
My advice is to own it, and just enjoy what you like. Compared to other people I see on this app, as well as me growing up, I’m realizing that I am very basic and mainstream in my tastes and with what I like.
Just have fun, who cares anyways?
