It’s undoubtedly zucchini muffin summer. Call it the zucchini aesthetic, call it what you want, I will be curating my entire summer to encapsulate the essence of zucchini. This isn’t arbitrary. I’m on a mission of recipe testing to achieve what one might call the ultimate zucchini muffin (based on a nostalgic memory of a jumbo muffin from Wild Oats grocery—which has since closed down). This is an ongoing adventure so please stand by for the final result.
