smashed potatoes w your fave breakfast meat (sausage, bacon, etc), use small potatoes so you can avoid cutting and they cook faster. you can add cheese and veg too. avocado toast is a good one too, and some people add cottage cheese for extra protein. i'm not a cottage cheese fan but there's a lot you can do with it breakfastwise

typically includes a bread/grain to dip, 1 egg, a pan roasted vegetable (& garlic in some form), whatever other sides u have lying around, some flaky salt, some sauce(s), and Something Fresh (ideally avocado, maybe a fresh veggie like cucumber). lots of room for experimentation and usually if one part is wack u can save it with the other components. also is great for time management cuz you clean as the next thing sears up, v efficient
today i have (all cooked in the same cast iron) 2 rosemary breads, chopped canned tomatoes w rosemary, fried egg, fried crumbled paneer (w garlic powder + paprika), refried black beans (w a little veggie stock + harissa + coconut milk), avocado, and sriracha. yum yum yum and a lavender matcha

Every time I look something up on Google images, more and more of the results are AI slop. It’s lit a fire under me to collect more books - been looking at the art & fashion sections of used book stores and building up my library. It‘s also nice to have a finite source to seek inspiration from rather than getting caught in an infinite scroll.
