Grilled, cooked in a pan, whatever you like. Served with lemon caper butter, and panzanella on the side. Very simple! Plenty of chilled white wine and amaro also of course as well. ๐๐ป๐

sautรฉ some queen butter or gigante beans in olive oil, anchovies, garlic, parsley, chili flake and salt squeeze with lemon. good with salmon on the side
I donโt believe in ranking things- restaurants, albums, books, movies, athletes anything, top x lists whatever. I think itโs a waste of time honestly. Even with a completely objective criterion whatโs the point. Would rather listen to and read people just talk about their favorite things and why they are special and meaningful to them- everyone has their own, interesting reasons.
