Grilled, cooked in a pan, whatever you like. Served with lemon caper butter, and panzanella on the side. Very simple! Plenty of chilled white wine and amaro also of course as well. ππ»π
BIG pasta shape (farfalle, cavatappi, oricchiete), sun dried tomato, sliced peaches (if you can grill them even better), basil, arugula, goat cheese. For dressing: olive oil (from tomato jar), balsamic vinegar, a little honey, chili flake, and salt & pepper. If Iβm not making this pasta salad, Iβm thinking about it.
I donβt believe in ranking things- restaurants, albums, books, movies, athletes anything, top x lists whatever. I think itβs a waste of time honestly. Even with a completely objective criterion whatβs the point. Would rather listen to and read people just talk about their favorite things and why they are special and meaningful to them- everyone has their own, interesting reasons. And this is a great place to do that!
