So good so crunchy, I think I have just the Trader Joe’s brand in my fridge rn
Also here to highly recommend quick pickling red onion and also separately celery, elevates them as condiments so much

oh yeah, loooove a cornichon. If you like crunch and are willing to give dills another try, Claussen whole pickles are so damn crunchy I don't know how they do it. They actually snap.

claussen dill pickles

ole reliable when i get that sharp fresh pickle craving
also any sweet and spicy variety but i don’t have a particular brand for that
shout out pickled red onions and peperoncini and kimchi
i used to dislike pickles but my taste buds have changed with age so i'm taking vigorous notes on the other recs

PICKLED RED ONIONS

So good. Goes well with so many things. Not a big pickled guy but the taste is immaculate. Hell I could eat them by themselves. Try it out. Change ya life.
