My friend Jenna runs Vichcraft, a hand-lettering studio and chainstitch embroidery shop. I met Jenna shortly after she started her business in 2015, and watching her practice grow has been a constant source of inspiration for my own studio. Her calligraphy experience and high standard for craftsmanship set her apart from the other chainstitchers I've seen, retaining consistent letter weights and kerning with ease as she operates her 100 year-old machine. i have two under two and i’ve never felt more vulnerable or in love with the world despite the calamities! i’ve never had more empathy or patience or compassion for all living things! i’m also so tired and hormonal rn so don’t make any rash decisions but so far it’s working for me ☆ ps. pregnancy and labor and delivery physically went very smoothly for me. i had freaky ppd the first time around but so far this time is just overwhelmingly wonderful?? results may vary.
