My friend Jenna runs Vichcraft, a hand-lettering studio and chainstitch embroidery shop. I met Jenna shortly after she started her business in 2015, and watching her practice grow has been a constant source of inspiration for my own studio. Her calligraphy experience and high standard for craftsmanship set her apart from the other chainstitchers I've seen, retaining consistent letter weights and kerning with ease as she operates her 100 year-old machine. She offers customizations at a quick and affordable rate, and occasionally creates highly detailed one-off jackets for musicians, charities, and her sisters.
