BIG pasta shape (farfalle, cavatappi, oricchiete), sun dried tomato, sliced peaches (if you can grill them even better), basil, arugula, goat cheese. For dressing: olive oil (from tomato jar), balsamic vinegar, a little honey, chili flake, and salt & pepper. If I’m not making this pasta salad, I’m thinking about it.
I want to make it with everything when it’s warm out, grilled fish, chicken, etc. So tasty and fresh! Bellisima! Enjoy with plenty of white wine and amaro!
