There was a similar question on the most recent maybe baby podcast (Haley nahman) about a troubesome relationship with a brother. they gave really interesting advice! Subscribing costs $5/month but I'm obsessed with her writing and podcast so it's well worth it to me

Not sure if this is your jam, but it's a weekly comedy advice podcast, hosted by three brothers. The backlog can be a bit intimidating (currently 751 episodes), but you can start from the newest and work backwards, or, the most recommended starting point is anywhere between episodes 200 and 300 and catch up from there. This way you will understand the inside jokes and bits better in the newest episodes and it won't be so chaotic.
I've been listening them for years; you won't learn much but you will chuckle

once every two weeks I set up my microphone, my eyes roll back and turn black, and I talk with my good friend Kat for approximately an hour and 20 minutes. we just recently released Episode 2 Hottest Shawty in the Tuberculosis Ward.
