Emails are the death of all natural human warmth. It’s kind of just as awful to be a fun/funny emailer than to be a cold robot. You can’t get tooo precocious with the signature but signing off with “Cheers” adds a little naughty spice while still being utterly forgettable and benign. It’s kind of an adorable mental image for someone to be raising a glass every time they shoot off another email.
I’m watering them when the vibe feels right. I’m washing those fucks with soap. there are some things I have no desire to know how to do properly. everyone will act like I’m the DEVIL for this. imagine being free from the prison of #plantmom culture?? we don’t have to be subject matter experts on everything.
planning a 2 month trip is like getting to watch your own funeral. everyone’s like we’re gonna miss you 😭 what will we do without you? and you get to be like 😇 you should have appreciated me while I was here.
