i have an iphone and deleting instagram off of my homescreen (so that i can still access the app if i want) is a game changer. it helps to curb the kind of muscle memory you get from opening it automatically to begin the mindless scroll. i still check it maybe look at a few posts but overall i'm barely on it now. i would spend 2+ hours a day on it scrolling mindlessly and by best time was thursday when i spent a whopping seven minutes on it!!!
one of her most underrated if you ask me. the lyrics are some of her most raw and that drum sample kicks!!!! tbh most of HIFN is still so ahead of its time, this song has yet to have its moment in the sun
