any bread works! in sf I loved it with Dutch Crunch but it's delicious with ciabatta! Then a drizzle of olive oil, sliced tomatoes, sliced fresh mozzarella, drizzle of olive oil, sea salt, cracked black pepper, (i like to get the oil/salt/pepper on either the mozz or the bread!) proscuitto, basil. also delicious with calabrian chiles spread on the bread! <3
Extremely underrated way to consume prosciutto (or similar meats) is by getting it a little crispy in a frying pan. Especially good if youโre a crispy bacon girl. Throw it on some pasta for a little crunch and crisp!
