vintage japanese cast iron pan $7 at goodwill. stripped and reseasoned and now have a perfect non-stick surface with no chemicals leeching in my food. makes me slowly want to swap out all my cookware with CI counterparts
Everything I cook in this wok comes out perfect. Even if I'm just steaming veggies. High wok chi lol. I use it on an induction cooktop works great. Just wanted to share as finding a good wok that's stainless isn't easy.
