So so so good! If you love sweet fruits… and you love persimmon I beckon you to try frozen persimmons!
Had this frozen persimmon bingsu in the midst of the heatwave in Korea and it’s really good. (I’m a sweet tooth so disclaimer, it may be very sweet)
If you have no access to making bingsu, I recommend just trying frozen persimmon itself or with condensed milk or any type of milk of your choice for something less sweet. (And persimmon purée).
