Leadership role at your job
I have three jobs now!!!! (Capitalism am I right?) I work as a Social Media Manager and in two of those jobs I donโ€™t need to execute the creation/editing of the content I want to use on my strategies. This helps to make my job more of like a leadership thing, where I creative direct everything but Iโ€™m NOT ON PREMIERE PRO ALL DAY LONG!
Hopefully all my future jobs will be like this because I hate working but I love giving orders ๐Ÿ™

Iโ€™ve recently taken on a leadership position and I have so much fun guiding direction and organizing things and working with people to make their ideas happen!!!! I never thought this would be something I would enjoy
