i listened to this song a lot this summer. like i’m positive that i probably make up 1/8 of its streams. i’m not even sure how i came across it. but i love it. i will always associate it with wearing overalls and playing in creeks and mosquito bites. it deserves more attention :)
been listening to songs from this album a lot and this is a current favourite along with medicine and speeding 72 cause they’re downloaded on my phone so been listening when i’m out and about
my grandad would play this song on the guitar constantly when i was a small child until i learned the lyrics and was able to sing along with him. it was only a couple of years ago that i discovered it on spotify, all these years i’ve believed it was his own original song
