A few months ago, I reached out on here looking for recommendations for a custom chain stitched jacket for my husband‘s birthday. isthefruitstillgood recommended Tattoo’d Cloth to me, and I am now passing along the recommendation!
He was super easy to work with and did this in a short amount of time. USPS lost the package for a month and it just now got to us, which I am very grateful for and it is perfect timing with the changing of the weather. Sometimes you’re lucky enough to stumble upon something great entirely by accident and at exactly the right time. This is how I feel about Tony Shirtmakers. Tony is a one man powerhouse who designs and makes (mostly custom) shirts & shirt jackets out of his home / studio in Maine. "mature" tie dye-- tom is the lovely owner who dyes everything by hand every night, discovered how to dye on black fabric without using bleach and creates these crazy fractals. has so many cool clothes, i have accumulated a bunch of the bamboo socks they are so soft and cozy. you can also bring your own clothes for him to dye (they have to be mostly organic material). please go and support tom <3

With no shadow of a doubt, my favorite place to shop for vintage online. Ian Reid is an excellent curator and ever since one of my best friends recommended Handbook to me a couple years ago, my closet is now home to a good amount of awesome vintage tees, button-ups, and knits. Still waiting on the right pairs of pants!
My only complaints are that pricing can be a little bit on the higher end for vintage depending on the item, but I wouldn't call it unreasonable. I could also just have brain worms from being into fashion.... Oh and Handbook does take a while to ship. Besides that, I'm always keeping an eye out for what they find!
Look out for new drops every Thursday 4PM PST. You can also follow their insta and check out previews for what will be available that week. If you see something really cool though, you'll have to act fast once the sale is live as it can be a mad dash for everyone looking to cop what they want
