1 bunch collards
1 bunch swiss chard
2 cans great northern beans
1 large onion
4 gloves garlic
asiago cheese
splash of vinegar
julienne the greens, finely chop onion, mince garlic.
sauté onion until soft in ghee or neutral oil. salt and season with bouillon cube. add garlic until fragrant.
mix in greens and sauté until no longer tough. add cans of beans with liquid. cover and cook down. season to taste
serve with drizzle of fancy olive oil, cheese, extra salt/vinegar, and buttered bread.
