I randomly bought this graphic novel today and I really am obsessed with it. It’s a coming of age story with the most beautiful illustrations ever. I highly recommend checking it out or just checking out Tony Sandoval’s work. I read the whole thing today and it’s my new fave.
javier’s reinterpretations of senses into phantasmagorical visions and deniz’s Pynchon-esque prose easily make this the most unique superhero monthly on the shelves
