Earlier jazz may fit this bill well. Check out the New Orleans Rhythm Kings. I‘m actually listing to some of their work right now, and I can envision it fitting this vibe. You may also like the work of Ruth Ettings for early vocal work. In terms of later work, you may find Ella Fitzgerald’s work with Joe Pass good for this. Scott LaFaro’s and Fats Navarro’s work too. For perhaps deeper cuts: Richard “Groove” Holmes’ album “Living Soul,” as well as the work of Don Byas.

There have been multiple Christmas albums issued with Louis Armstrong’s music, such as “Louis Wishes you a Cool Yule” and “Ella & Louis Christmas“ (Which, Ella released her own Christmas album: “Ella Wishes you A Swinging Christmas“). If you like something a bit faster, Charlie Parker did a rendition of White Christmas which you can find on YouTube easily. The Niels Jørgen Steen Quintet recorded the album “Bebop Christmas.” If Jazz is not your thing there’s also albums like the Jackson 5’s Christmas Album (bass galore- at least on what I heard of it) and if you want something more general but in that ballpark there’s a Motown Christmas compilation album.
