ive been using it for over a year now and I love it! you just check in everywhere you go and you can add a photo or caption to your checkin. It creates a timeline of everywhere youāve been and you can see a map of every place youāve been to as well. Itās really old and not that well maintained, but itās one of my favorite things on my phone. And itās not addictive because thereās nothing to really look at!
Itās also useful when people ask for recs for places to go in a city or region since you can just open a map of that location and see where youāve been and what youāve liked. Itās more fun if you have other people who use it regularly, but also nice if you just use it on your own!

essentially you follow curators and friends who log their favourite bars, restaurants, shops, hotels, galleries, anything, all over the world. i love city breaks and iām so much more excited to go somewhere when iāve saved all kinds of stuff on the map. lots of my all time favourite places i would never have found if not for this.

i havenāt used many couples apps, but i love how interactive this one is. everyday, you either answer a question or take a quiz with your partner and as scary as it can be being honest with some really personal questions, itās fun learning about one another. it also keeps a streak as an incentive to do it daily, which i appreciate with my goldfish memory

the best website / app for travel-planning and itineraries! i use the free version but would consider using paid if i traveled for fun more frequently. you can use as many or as few of the features youād like, so itās great for both rigid planners and people who just want a general idea of what they want to do each day
features i love: web and mobile versions; can add all different ideas of places to a āplaces to visitā list then divvy them up by day; upload plane/train tix and hotel reservations; gives ārecommended placesā based on what youāve saved each day; visual map of your routes (color-coded by day); estimates for driving, transit or walking times btwn each stop; hours/websites are uploaded for most places; allows adding times and cost per place
example shown is my itinerary for the day i went to auvers-sur-oise last year :)

if you buy some superglue and a pack of (strong) magnets you can make almost anything of a certain size into a magnet for your fridge! I donāt really like pins because idk what to do with them and have discovered just gluing a magnet to the back of them and putting them on my fridge! I had this epiphany while making clay magnetsāan idea my friend had for a party at her house.

- qpdf for renumbering pages (like when the first 10 pages are in the preface and are numbered i, ii, iii, etc.). You have to know how to use a terminal for this one.
- Briss for splitting facing pages (like in a scanned book)
