I love Sarah Brightmanās voice and grew up listening to the original cast recording of Phantom of the Opera so I was actually looking for that and just stumbled upon her cover of Hooverphonicās 1998 song. This song is absolutely insane. Soooo sexy and powerfulā¦ I didnāt know Sarah Brightman got down like that!!!!!!! š³ Iām obsessed. I shared it with my friend and she agreed that itās one of the most beautiful things sheās ever heard and she said the comment section on YouTube is unusually thoughtful. The whole album is gorgeous but this one is my favorite.
My dad teases me about how when I was a little kid, my favorite thing to do when I was on the landline phone with somebodyābe it a relative or one of my best friendsāwas to breathlessly describe the things that were in my bedroom so that they could have a mental picture of everything I loved and chose to surround myself with, and where I sat at that moment in time.
