i learned this game years ago, but i didn't really care about it much until i bought it during this holiday break. it's been like a week straight that friends are coming over to mine's or i'm bringing the game over to their's just to hang out and play rummikub. it has surprised me how many hours straight we've been able to play. honestly really fun and easy, no tension, no real competition just silly fun time.

I haven't done this in a long time and actually have done it only once, but i think it's such a sweet thing to do. to go to an ice cream shop alone and getting a cone (two flavors) then going about your day minding your own business. really, self care.

absolutely agree that the most versatile pasta shape is rigatoni. mezze maniche are shorter and wider but essentially give you the same vibe. i prefer them overall.
