my dad used to make custom mixtapes on cds while i was growing up to play for different occasions. i had a āgoing to sleepā mixtape, a āride to the bus stopā mixtape, a āroadtripā mixtape, all of it.
love her was on one of the tapes and i had liked the song a lot but it wasnāt one that i remembered and streamed in my teen years. but then, it randomly appeared on spotify radio. i heard it and started crying. it brought back so many good memories but also sounded like the first listen all over again. so i started playing it: over, and over, and over. and it still hasnāt gotten old.
