this song is incredible i cannot stop listening to it, the whole album is great too. i find dec/january is amazing for music because i am very lazy so i only go back and try new stuff when all of the end of year lists come out. this was high on a lot of them and thankfully i gave it a go
i already posted about this on my music-centric public finsta/meme insta account (@valleygirl5678 as well if ya wanna follow π) but wow this album might be one of my faves of the year. after a first listen of a new album i usually dont feel the urge to listen again until at least the next day because i usually need time to let the first listen sort of settle in before going back to it. but this album... like i immediately had the urge to listen again i craved it (a feeling i have honestly not had with a new album since maybe magdalena bay's 'imaginal disk' from last year???) but ya listen to this album u will not regret it!!! such an easy listen but also quite experimental for a rock album which is great its the perfect combo π€
this is a no skip album for me! her voice is incredible and the lyrics are amazing! spring into summer, pushing it down and praying, and come down soon are my favorites off of this one. the music video for pushing it down and praying is super fun too! love love love this album could talk about it all day!
cooking some βcheap pastaβ for me and my brother. the garlic here in Marseille is amazing. I am working my way through the wine I bought to use in the pasta and I have a tin of anchovies as a cooking snack. very pleased with myself
