A triumphant riot!! A dysfunctional family roadtrip dramedy following a girl named Olive and her family as they race across the country so she can compete in a pageant. It's as preposterous as it is relatable, and as heartfelt as it is funny, with BRILLIANT performances, and thoughtful incorporation of serious themes and social commentary. I cannot recommend this movie enough to anyone who hasn't had the privilege of experiencing it.

🛍Literally the platonic ideal of the rom com. It’s a bit of a satire a bit of the real thing, nice bright colors and Ewan McGregor. None of the sad hysteria of the rom coms from that era, thankfully 💕 quite the opposite

i know valentine’s day is over but god is this the perfect little romcom. i saw this again last night with my friend and i got reminded of what it means to seek the joy in the little things and the unknown. i’ve seen this movie 8 times now and every single time it makes me want to open my heart up a little more. 82 mins of pure unfiltered joie de vivre that’s a love letter to romance and south london. absolutely perfect imo. i even wrote an article in my uni magazine about how much i love this movie 🤓

i saw this milk outside someone’s house and it really made me think how you never see traditional milk bottles anymore. i didn’t know milkmen were still a thing, even. i thought about how easy it would be to take some of the milk. i didn’t take any of the milk.

💘i see really cool/ funny/ smart people and 90% of the time they just follow me back straight away. it’s one of the joys of not having a big following — you can make more friends with strangers! i think the art of that is lost with influencer culture, because why would you follow a ‘fan’ back straight away (particularly when you have 50k plus of them?) also i’m a ‘rising user’ after posting like 6 times which gives me a huge ego boost. Small App is IN 🙌🙌
