Learning a new skill

I’ve been wanting to learn how to crochet but never got past just buying supplies. My boo gifted me this oppossum kit for Christmas and I finished it today!!!! I’m so excited and can’t wait to make more!!! It was frustrating at first bc the instructions that came sucked, but with some of extra research I finally got it and was on my way. I actually made the whole body and restarted because something was off about it. I don’t care enough to fix it any more, I love it as it is. Have not decided on a name/backstory for this little critter yet… will report back.

DANCING YOURSELF CLEAN

Humans have always danced. It is part of who we are, yet we have been conditioned to be self conscious, to think that we do not move our bodies good enough. Dancing is beyond judgement. Dancing is not a skill, it is our soul moving through our bodies, expressed in movement. Dancing is healing. Dancing is bodily autonomy. Dancing is FUN! Any feeling you are feeling can be moved through with dance yet even alone, you fear looking foolish. Kill the judge in your mind, shut the fuck up, and MOVE 🌊
