Where I live (DC) you can get a full STI screening done completely for free, with results back within the week. I've done it every year I've been in DC. Maybe there are similar programs in your city? I'm doing it so I can hit it raw, but you can do it for whatever reason you have also.

express asymptomatic STI testing downstairs and a full clinic upstairs— bring a book if you’re going to the clinic because you might have to wait for a bit, but you can get so much done for FREE!! (sex worker friendly. they made me feel very comfortable and shared a lot of great resources)
