with arugula tossed in with some balsamic vinegar or white balsamic glaze and some salt and pepper… all on on crispy sourdough toast. i’m sure jam would be good as well
i also have been enjoying making breakfast sandwiches with
+ ham slices fried up a little bit on the stove
+ a fried egg with a somewhat soft yolk
+ arugula with a similar treatment to above
+ swiss cheese
+ tomato slice
on a brioche bun that you toast in some butter on the stove Ouuuuu buddy it’s good
and once again toasting up in a pan some slices of ham + radicchio with salt and pepper on some toasted sourdough either as a toast or small sandwich
at times i have also enjoyed a veggie sandwich with hummus, sautéed mushrooms, cooked up cabbage, carrots, & cucumber on some dave’s seeded bread toasted yum
