She’s that giiirl. Super versatile, high in protein and fiber, I use it a base instead of rice most of the time. My local aldi sells it at the same price as their white rice, so why would I use anything else? Such a simple way to make your meal healthier. Dress it up or down, she’s IT 🌟

Definitely a staple for me. A 25 lb bag of organic tri-color quinoa lasts a good bit!

I love the mixtures I can make!!!! I can add anything I want into it, ant veggies, sometimes fruits. Love adding goat cheese or feta cheese. I also love to experiment with the dressings; sometimes balsamic oriented, sometimes lemon focused. It’s so nutritional and makes me feel sooo good!!! Warm or cold, there’s so much variety!!!

I’m truly obsessed with this rn. it takes a little bit of time so I’d recommend cooking the quinoa and making the agrodolce the day before, but it is 110% worth it. the quinoa gets super crispy and it tastes like something from a restaurant because there are so many flavors and textures layered into it, it’s sweet and sour and spicy and crunchy. last time I added some delicata squash and crispy air fryer tofu which was also great!

Humans have always danced. It is part of who we are, yet we have been conditioned to be self conscious, to think that we do not move our bodies good enough. Dancing is beyond judgement. Dancing is not a skill, it is our soul moving through our bodies, expressed in movement. Dancing is healing. Dancing is bodily autonomy. Dancing is FUN! Any feeling you are feeling can be moved through with dance yet even alone, you fear looking foolish. Kill the judge in your mind, shut the fuck up, and MOVE 🌊
