After i get home from work, i enjoy taking my time to run my hands under warm/hot water. i fill the sink with warm water and drop in a bar of soap also. I rub the soap and wash my hands, and then leave my hands under the now soaped water surface. I then slowly raise my hands just until they're breaking the surface - like a crocodile in a river. I then slowly lower my hands until fully submerged and it creates these cool patterns on the surface. I like this because it reminds myself that i am alive
Usually whenever I shower after the gym I’ll just shower in hot water then do a minute of cold water to finish off to help with muscles or something idk. But today cause I was feeling pretty good about myself I just blasted myself with cold water and holy shit!! The adrenaline was crazy!!!! Combined with the gym endorphins I got SUCH a rush. It also encouraged me to keep my shower short instead of dawdling like I usually do because I wanted to get the hell outta there!!! My gas and water bill will be thanking me. Maybe I should get back into the Wim Hof method.

In the UK, it's Mother's Day today, and for the first time potentially in my entire life, i explicitly told my mum "I love you". Shit feels gooooooood :) i love ya ma, i tell ye, i loves ya
