screen time limits or what i like to call phone jail which is when i plug my phone in to charge on the opposite side of the house so if i want it past bedtime i have to Walk of Shame™
one of my ongoing plagues is racing thoughts 🤪 i keep a notebook by my bed to scrawl down anything that is weaseling its way into my brain as i try to sleep. once it's out of my mind and on the page it seems more manageable and eases my mind.
