I just sat in a 77 degree office for hours because my manager didn’t know we could change the thermostat on our own. The guy who usually does it changes it from his phone, and he’s out of town. So despite us all being hot as fuck, my manager wanted to wait and ask our operations manager if/how we could change it 🙄 so you know what I did?? I *got up,* *examined the thermostat,* and changed it from HEAT to AUTO. LIKE AN ADULT.
