During February I had a depressive episode and couldn’t bring myself to watch things. I mostly wrote and read stuff, but I still wanted to post because the watching experiences I had were supreme. I watched all of these for the first time except for Hoodwinked: • The Royal Tenenbaums (2001).

• Nosferatu (2024).
• Anora (2024).
• Hoodwinked (2005).
This year I recommended people to watch more movies. This year I've watched 336 movies, documenting them on a list. With the intention of not overwhelming you with a big ass post, I put all the movies in this document. Inspired by Edgar Wright's Instagram lists, here's mine, because I love making lists and because I refuse to get a Letterboxd account when I can simply post it all here. Besides, I don't think I care for reviews. I do care however, for data (oh sexy data). In this link, you'll be able to see the statistics about the movies I watched in 2024, from the ones I watched for the first time vs. ones that were rewatches, to films separated by decade, to them being separated by genre, (this year I was a Y2K queen). It's like my own Spotify Wrapped but way more fun 'cause I did it myself and I actually care.
im excited to fill this year with more art and probably some silly stuff. 2022-2023, i FILLED my letterboxd, and i really fell off last year. im hell-bent to make time in 2025 for more films. already seen one or two, but first theater experience of the year tomorrow to go see Nosferatu!
