This is a first for me!! I’m nervous but also not so much because I’ve already been humiliated enough for a lifetime and don’t think it could be any worse than what I’ve already been through in my love life lol
I'm going to a singles event without seeing my therapist and while I don't need to talk to her to make myself feel prepped for it, I wanted to at least share the excitement I feel with her and let her ease any irrational discomfort I'm feeling, but now I have to do it ALONE AND BY MYSELF OMG WOW but fr tho, I'm excited and pumped, the dating scene in LA is actually in the shitter and I will NEVER go back on dating apps so this is the next best thing. I'm not planning to meet anyone, but I hope its fun regardless :) I'm going with another girlfriend of mine
started crying at karaoke this weekend watching an old man dedicate & sing ”can’t help falling in love” to his wife of 60 years
it must be so wonderful to choose love everyday for so long, can’t wait until it’s my turn :’)
february 7th is send a card to a friend day! i celebrated last year & it was a sweet surprise for my friends to get mail that wasn‘t just bills and such. i would definitely recommend celebrating. :) this year i’m going to make them by hand & make them valentine’s themed. i love giving my friends handmade gifts!!! friendship is so cute & wholesome!!!
