Lu Jong is a a type of healing yoga from Tibet. I found very little about it online but my yogateacher gave me some sheets with like exercises written down& what theyre good for etc. I can send the papers if interested?
I’m really obsessed with yoga in a v spiritual way. everyone should try yin yoga, which calls for remaining in poses for anywhere from 5-15 minutes at a time. It’s incredibly challenging on every level and just so meditative and healing.
