The line itself is iconic but also the way the song starts to pick up at that point I just love. Katie Gregson-MacLeod is one of my favourite artists and this is my favourite song.

it’s crazy to think she’s been around 15 years and this is one of the best songs she’s ever put out. It’s silly it’s outrageous the lyrics read like a tumblr post and she’s just out here trying to be that girl. It’s been stuck in my head since I heard it. following up a poetry book which I’m sure not a lot of people read with this unhinged masterpiece is the energy I want to see in the world.

I remember first hearing about this song from Tiny Mix Tapes (miss you baby!) and have been obsessed with it since. confrontational, embarrassing but mostly so sad, made even sadder by its cheery electropop sounding ending.

I really like this song… fits rlly well as a second single after relationships… drums are punchy and the writing is just mega catchy… cuz sometimes you think you’re gonna die but you’re actually not gonna die…

This is my new favourite kind of crochet project. It's great for using up small balls of yarn/scraps and they can be relatively quick projects if you keep them small (the apple one is 17x47, the bow one is 20x20, the swan one is 24x27 stitches) so if you get bored with projects quickly it's a good choice. There are so many different grids you can find I get mine off Pinterest. Since my pieces are very small I think I'm going to sew them all together plus more to create a pillow case, but there are so many other things you can with with this technique like framing them or using this style of colour work in a larger piece like a jumper.
