Instant “hot pot” for two (or one)

Boil Napa cabbage in water for 30 mins. Add some mushrooms or other veggies. Last minute when you’re ready, drop in thin sliced beef or tofu and eat. My current meal fixation.

Cookin dinner rn- no plan just wimsy

i had some vegetable broth so I decided to make rice with it but like, as the water with nothing but the leftovers from Trader Joe’s. Then I grabbed some onion and tomato and diced it up, grabbed some frozen peas, a little potato action! i love cooking where you’re just playing a game
