Transplanted my perennial seedlings today ! Iโm growing Penstemon grandiflorus, Penstemon strictus, Ratibida columnifera, Thermopsis caroliniana, Monarda citriodora, and Helenium hoopesii ! (there will inevitably be more bc I have no control ๐ค)
We moved into a house earlier this year that has 5 raised garden beds in the backyard and some flower beds in the front so Iโm going to try planting stuff!!!
I put a bunch of perennial seedlings in the ground last week and then we ended up getting a couple inches of snow and I was so sad thinking theyโd be goners - but I checked on them today and theyโre completely fine!! Picking plants that are adapted to your environment will never steer you wrong <3
