i probably shouldn’t do this. i definitely shouldn’t, actually. i do it anyway. i write a substack piece all in one go then i take a breath and hit ‘post’ before i give myself the time to read it over. i think if i didn’t do this i would never post anything cuz i’d be stuck in an endless loop of redrafting.
writing to get it out into the world is enough of an intention for me. if i were to be any more careful in my practice i doubt anything would get written at all.

go to your nearest bookstore right now and pick up anything authored by this beautiful Hungarian that's available on the shelves. prominent themes are melancholy and desire (lit af) and his prose is syntactically challenging yet totally ecstatic to read. greatest living working writer of today God told me so himself :(
