slept in until 1pm and need to be up early tomorrow . my caffeine addiction answers to no one though., especially not the demands of a schedule. so my solution is redbull bc after that soaring high, there’s a crushing down . thatll have me out by 11 if im lucky..
I couldn’t tell you why but if I have coffee after noon I’m awake until 2 in the morning . EVEN if i break out the baby melatonin. I guess it’s made for babies but 3 full droppers of that stuff is still not enough, it’s crazy.
