My favourite nail polish is "enchanting" by Barry M which was limited edition so I don't think is available anymore but I'd highly recommend the brand for nail polish it's really shimmery and the colours are beautiful, they are really pigmented so you only have to do one coat which is lovely. The most recent nail polish I purchased is "850 bright angelite" by max factor, it takes a few coats to build up the colour but once you have it's really beautiful the colours a silvery blue with bits of purple when the light hits it.

Truly backing the lipstick economy but I have been known to splurge on J.Hannah nail polishes over the past few years (I now have 6 bottles? Like that's nearly $200AUD of nail polish!? The heCK-)
The latest and possibly last shade I've picked up is this Blue Nudes, which is a really lovely deep denim blue. I feel like J.Hannah polishes have a much thicker consistency and last longer on my nails than other brands.
I love their colour choices, the bottle design and the overall vibe of the brand - all the pomp and styling does really enhance the experience, convincing me that taking the time to do my nails is something to look forward to!

Spenny but really good. Applies beautifully, lasts well, great colours. I recently bought Annabel Rose which is this weird fleshy colour and I love my alien fingers. I also have Melinda Green which is soooo Bunny from Big Lebowski and Miriam Mint which is a pretty summery colour. Plus the bottles are beautiful and when you buy them from Gucci directly they package it super luxuriously with little treats thrown in. My fave little luxury.

I really rate this polish! It's reasonably priced, has a great shade range, has my fave brush shape and lasts well on the nails. I've only ever used the regular shades (which are so pretty) but there's really nice metallics and chromes too.
My second recommendation would be Gucci nail polishes which are v expensive but the shades are beautiful and the finish is perfect. However insta-dri has some shades that are nearly identical with a very similar finish

This is my new favourite kind of crochet project. It's great for using up small balls of yarn/scraps and they can be relatively quick projects if you keep them small (the apple one is 17x47, the bow one is 20x20, the swan one is 24x27 stitches) so if you get bored with projects quickly it's a good choice. There are so many different grids you can find I get mine off Pinterest. Since my pieces are very small I think I'm going to sew them all together plus more to create a pillow case, but there are so many other things you can with with this technique like framing them or using this style of colour work in a larger piece like a jumper.
