Paired with cold brew, these have been hitting so hard for me lately. I get my best ideas in the mornings, and this practice takes that up a notch big time! No music or pods, just your brain and the neighborhood/nature.
I recently started going on what I like to call “coffee walks“. it’s pretty self explanatory. It’s so nice to get out and get some blood pumpin, clear my head, and get caffeinate. it’s a great way to transition into the day. It’s definitely much more pleasant with nice weather but you can really do it when you want.
I love grabbing a walk in the morning. I like to eat an apple on the way to the park and take a leisurely walk while listening to music. Really helps to ground me before the day starts.
