greek salad toast!

chop tomatoes, cocumber, red onion, dill, mix with homemade tzatziki (Greek yoghurt, olive oil, salt, grated cucumber, pepper and dill) or store bought who cares, grill some chicken and shred it, mix it all, adjust seasonings and put on some toasted pita I love it (we call it ladopsomo)

Tzatziki and ketchup

My recent take on mayo ketchup that I think is a fun iteration for the summer. You can not premix and must instead place a glob of each in a little dish you stole from a restaurant And let whatever you’re Dipping into it naturally mix the two. Yummmmm
