you can get them brand new or find them in mostly perfect condition second hand on sites like ebay, and I love them so so much!!! they work like a ring-binder crossed with a wallet, and you can get all kinds of inserts for them. my favourite thing about them is how customisable they are; no two filofaxes are the same!
I've been in love with my mum's old pocket organiser for years, and I recently decided to splurge on ebay for 2 second hand oranisers; never have I been happier with a purchase in my life!!!
