my bestie of 20 years (crazy) and i spent the morning at a cute lil garden restaurant surrounded by a peacock family. i don‘t leave the house often and i‘m just thankful for moments like these.
pigeons are cute and chubby and have beautiful iridescent coats. they remind me of my cats. incredible that we are surrounded by these creatures. there is one sitting next to me on a park bench that took my breath away.
I was walking home from a grocery shop this afternoon and spotted the coolest looking ducks I have ever seen in my life. I stopped there and then and immediately googled "Sheffield Cool Ducks". They are called Mandarin Ducks and they were so pretty the rest of my day has genuinely been so nice just because I know they exist now :)
